Inspired by the Joseph Campbell quote "The latest incarnation of Oedipus, the continued romance of Beauty and the Beast, stand this afternoon on the corner of 42nd Street and Fifth Avenue, waiting for the traffic light to change." This image is a juxtaposition of 2 photographs taken 24 hours apart.  One was taken on the aforementioned corner in NYC, the other taken at the equivalent corner in Buenos Aires. It uses Campbell's quote as a vehicle to express the global village.
